I am Kenneth Neill, a technology and operations leader with over 25 years of experience bridging gaps between technical strategy and commercial reality. I have a proven track record in directing complex Post-Merger Integrations (PMI), launching technical product suites, and scaling operational teams.
My background is in operational turnarounds and post-merger integrations. For the last few years, I have served as a Director for acquired businesses, tasked with a specific mission: make the new company work within the group.
This meant managing the friction between legacy systems and modern group architecture. I didn't just fix the IT; I had to align the data stack, the operational processes, and the people to ensure the acquisition was successful.
