Lets start with an introduction, my name is Kenneth Neill and I am a technology and operations leader with over 25 years of experience bridging the gap between technical strategy and commercial reality. I have a proven track record in directing complex Post-Merger Integrations (PMI), launching technical product suites, and scaling operational teams.
My plan is to spend much less of my time travelling and focus on Ayrshire and South West Scotland, helping SMEs and growing businesses establish robust data architectures and automation frameworks.
I am a specialist in diagnosing information silos, harmonising technology stacks, and preparing organisations for AI adoption. I also possess a unique "full-stack" career history, progressing from detailed financial billing analysis to high-level Operational Directorship.
