• Your Team & Technology — the people and tools that keep things moving day-to-day.

• What You Need From Us — the reason you’ve reached out, and how we might be able to help.

If we both decide to move forward, we’ll agree everything in a Statement of Works (SoW). Think of this as our shared plan: it sets out what we’re doing, by when, the costs, and how we’ll measure success. Once we’re both happy with that, the real work begins.
